Brightly decorated with a tasteful, beach-related theme, this sweet bungalow is only 750 feet from the beach access and centrally located to some great OBX hot spots! Whether it’s on the cozy back porch, or in the backyard patio, complete with a park grill and picnic table, you’ll have plenty of places to relax after a long day at the beach. As an added bonus, the homeowners have provided a cornhole set and a beach cart to ensure your beach excursions are both easy and enjoyable. At Family and Friends, you’ll have everything you need to enter into an island state of mind!

Conveniently located in central Kill Devil Hills, you will be within walking distance of the historic birthplace of flight - the Wright Brothers Monument. Just 5 minutes to the south, you will find Jockey’s Ridge State Park, home to the world’s largest sand dune. For dinner, treat yourself (and maybe your friends and family, too) at one of the many local hot spots, like the Outer Banks Brewing Station or Jack Brown’s.

Please note that the pyramid bunk bedroom TV does not have cable. No pets or smoking.

The front and back decks have been completely redone for the 2024 rental season!

Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument to a Century of Flight are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Paradise Fun Park. Ready for a night out? Consider Outer Banks Brewing Station and Jolly Roger Restaurant. With surfing/body boarding and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
