Located in the lush Wailea resort area, this Grand Champions air-conditioned villa is located on the second fairway of the Wailea Blue Golf Course with a partial ocean view. This beautiful one bedroom / two bath vacation home has been completely remodeled and is the perfect get-away.
Grand Champions is minutes away fro top-rated beaches, world class golf, numerous fine restaurants, the Wailea Tennis Club, and The Shops at Wailea which contain many high-end shops and the Island Gourmet Grocery store.
The complex contains two newly renovated pools as well as two jacuzzi spas. Gas grills are available poolside for grilling.
Our Villa is a first floor unit in a two story building. It contains a spacious 908 square feet of interior space which is bright and airy and a peaceful lanai overlooking the Blue Golf Course.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the lanai while you enjoy the fantastic view. You will enjoy watching the golfers and listening to the native birds or sip your favorite beverage as you watch the maui sunset!
A remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, remodeled guest and master bathrooms with beautiful rock/tile showers and tub and bright and airy furnishings including a queen pull out bed will make you feel like you are living the island life!
There is a 41 inch screen cable television in the living room with a DVD player and plenty of movies to watch. There is also a smaller television set in the bedroom.
Air-conditioning is available throughout the suite, as well as ceiling fans for your comfort.
Should you wish to bring along your laptop, high speed fiber optic internet Wi-Fi access is available and complimentary.
Front loading, high efficiency washer and dryer units are located in a closet on the lanai if you want to wash during your visit.
Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, cooler and a boogie board are available for your visit to one of the world class beaches that are about one half mile from the condo. The Wailea Beach walk, a Wailea must do, is also just a half mile away.
We also offer free parking in a designated parking spot right outside the villa.
