This 2-bedroom 2 bath second floor condo sleeps 4 on comfortable Cal King beds and is on a property built in the unique Hawaiian tradition. Maalaea Surf hosts 1 tennis courts, a pickleball court, 2 pools, steps to the beach, and a barbecue that is available for whatever island cooking you would like to do. There are cable TVs in the bedrooms and living room and Wi-Fi. Make yourself at home. As it is said on the island, Maui Na Ka Oi, (Maui the best.)
Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.
Located in North Kihei, a neighborhood in Kihei, this condo is in the mountains and near the beach. Kamalo Wharf and Kaʻahumanu Church are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary Headquarters and Maui Fish Pipe. Maui Arts and Cultural Center and Maui Nui Botanical Gardens are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and horse riding nearby.
