You are only one block down from The Green Parrot, rated the 3rd best bar in America. The Shipyard is the closest residential location to Fort Zachary State Park and Beach. You are in the heart of Old Town, Mallory Square (sunset celebration) and on the grounds of Harry Truman's Little White House located in Truman Annex, a secure enclave of historic and exclusive residences, Truman Annex is the most exclusive and magnificent development in Old Town Key West with wide streets lined with multi-million dollar homes that are landscaped with 30’ palms and exotic flowering plants. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.
