The stunning full kitchen includes full-size appliances, two beverage fridges in addition to the full-size fridge, and a sizable kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar for three guests. Check out the fun driftwood-style powder room close by! Of course, there's always the option to grill up something tasty out on the private gas grill. The yard is fully enclosed and surrounded with leafy plants, so you can swim with peace of mind. Completely renovated as of summer 2021, you'll be able to relax in central air conditioning when you're ready to come out of the sun. Desk workspaces under the stairs and in one upstairs bedroom will provide a peaceful place to work or study remotely. But be warned - the numerous skylights upstairs may make you start dreaming of the beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Key West Historic District, a neighborhood in Key West. Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and Southernmost Point are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park and South Beach. The Kite House and Sails To Rails Museum at Flagler Station are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
