SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
This home features a king bedroom suite on the main level with its own private bathroom. The master bedroom suite is upstairs and features a king bed with a large tiled shower with glass surround. The third bedroom suite is also on the second level and contains a full bed and a twin bed...also with its own private bathroom. A half bath is located on the main level and is perfect for pool guests or simple convenience.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Enjoy the best of island outdoor living with a private concrete swimming pool, covered front and rear porches with composite decking, and a gas grill for delicious cookouts.
PARKING
This home has two designated off-street parking spots in the front driveway. There is also ample on-street parking in the neighborhood if you have extra guests.

The home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum).
CANCELLATION:
Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the reservation will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations inside of 60 days are non-refundable.
