THE LOCATION...

This unique guest cottage consists of two studio-style suites, one on each floor. Each floor features beautiful sliding glass doors that create an open-air feeling on breezy days. The two floors are connected by an external staircase.

• First Floor Suite: King bed, large walk in shower, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette (blender, coffee maker, hot plate, microwave) sitting area, SMART TV, washer & dryer.

• Second Floor Suite: King bed, large walk in shower, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette (blender, coffee maker, hot plate, microwave) sitting area, SMART TV, balcony.

YOUR PRIVATE PATIO and JACUZZI...

Outside the first-floor suite is a lovely private patio with outdoor dining for four, a comfortable outdoor lounge area, and a BBQ Grill perfect for cooking today's catch. The jacuzzi is all yours and can be left cool on a hot day or heated up in the winter months. Enjoy a happy hour cocktail in your jacuzzi spa before heading out on Duval for the evening.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
