The plush sofa and loveseat provide plenty of comfortable seating options for your group to gather in front of the large flat-screen HD Smart TV. The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six and three extra seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen offers modern appliances and is fully equipped with all of the tools you'll need to prepare meals at home. There is a half bathroom on the main floor for convenience.

Fully fenced and surrounded by lush landscaping, the backyard of GREEN TURTLE COTTAGE is completely private and will surely be a primary gathering place for your group. Soak up the sun or escape to the shaded patio, both of which offer comfortable seating. Fire up the propane grill for an outdoor meal using the outdoor dining set with seating for four.

The entrance to Truman Annex is secured by a 24-hour staffed guard gate and you can use the residential entry gate keys to come and go on foot at night. The community pool is just down the street, with plenty of chaises and restrooms for convenience.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
