This home includes plenty of off-street parking in the private garages, as well as on the driveways in front of the homes.

The homes have the same large open floorplan with spacious seating areas.
The master bedrooms have King-sized beds, large flat-screen HD TVs, and en-suite bathrooms complete with a glass showers, large Jacuzzi tubs and separate room for the facilities. Second bedrooms have King-sized bed, flat-screen HD TVs, large walk-in closets, and glass sliding doors providing access to the waterfront balcony. The bathrooms are en-suite. The third bedrooms are also on the 2nd floor with en-suite bathroom.
