Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, featuring a beautiful dining table with seating for 8, perfect for enjoying meals together. The living room near the dining area is equipped with a Smart TV and features sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony overlooking the pool and canal. There is a half-bathroom near the living room for added convenience.

Bedroom 1 on the main level is equipped with a luxurious king-sized bed. Bedroom 2, perfect for additional guests or children, features two twin beds. Bedroom 1 & 2 are connected with a Jack & Jill bathroom featuring a double vanity and tub shower.

3rd Level of the Home ~ Bedrooms 3, 4, & 5:

The expansive Master Suite, Bedroom 5, features a luxurious king-sized bed, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. The suite includes a spacious en suite bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi bath tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and modern finishes—creating the perfect space for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with another King bed, while Bedroom 4 features 2 Twin beds, making it perfect for families or groups. The Jack and Jill bathroom is shared by these 2 bedrooms and features a double vanity and tub shower.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
