Regardless of the lift, there are still 50' of free space at the dock.

Parking Details:
A trailer up to 35' can be parked in front of the house. For larger trailers, Key Colony Beach offers a designated yard with first-come, first-serve parking. Please note, only one trailer is permitted on the property.
