Both halves of this waterfront duplex are yours to share among the company of friends or family. Nestled in the heart of the charming community of Key Colony Beach, you'll be able to experience carefree Conch living with highlights including a private, 35-foot dock equipped with a filet station, a breezy patio, and a wraparound balcony. You'll enjoy added fun in the sun with complimentary access to Key Colony's private Cabana Club during your stay. Cabana Club amenities include an oceanfront pool, a sandy beach area, a bar/grill, a gift shop, and concessions. Key Colony also has a wealth of municipal offerings including a 9-hole golf course and the popular Sunset Park.
Each side of the duplex comes fully furnished for standalone living, with private home amenities including a full kitchen, free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Two gas grills make it easy to grill up the day's fresh catch for a seafood feast.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Key Colony Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Marathon Air Museum and Crane Point Museum and Nature Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Captain Hooks Marina and Dive Center and Florida Keys Country Club.
