Whether you're fishing, boating around, or simply relaxing in your shimmering private pool with waterfall, your options here are endless. No need to worry about pesky bugs, there is a large screened-in lanai with a 46" outdoor TV. Grill out and dine on the covered lanai or by the pool.
Inside, you’ll find exquisite furnishings. The property presents a roomy primary suite - as well as a huge ensuite bathroom. Unwind in the expansive great room, with 2 dining areas. The well-equipped kitchen provides ample counter space and a full suite of appliances. 1st floor also includes a full guest bathroom and a 2nd bedroom/office. The second floor has a 2nd guest suite with king bed, also a queen room and a double X-long twin room. Relax on the large balcony overlooking the pool and canal.
