There is an inside stairway leading to a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with large sitting area with TV, table and chairs and small refrigerator. King bed in the bedroom downstairs, plus a queen sleeper sofa, siting area and a foosball game! Enjoy the large open deck on the upper level with convenient stairway to lower level to access the gas grill, outdoor kitchen, bait freezer and lovely step down dock area with fish cleaning table and swim ladder. There are two complementary kayaks and 4 bicycles for your enjoyment! Cabana Club membership is included
The Cabana Club is a Pool and Beach Club on the Ocean and is within walking distance or short bike ride from the property. Access to the Cabana Club is included in this rental.
