The couch in the living area pulls out and makes into a memory foam Queen bed.
On the patio you will find an outdoor dining set, perfect for tranquil Key Colony nights! The spiral staircase leads you down to a private and lush sitting area canal-side complete with two lounge chairs and additional seating.
The dock is ideal for the fisherman, offering a fish cleaning table, water and electric, tie right up and clean your catch! There is an outdoor shower and propane grill.
