Sea Isle #9 is an oceanfront, completely renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private vacation rental in the heart of Key Colony Beach in the Florida Keys in Florida.

Inside the condo you will find high end finishes, locally purchased island decor from the Florida Keys, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are stunning ocean views from every room!
The primary bedroom features a large king bed, premium bedding purchased here in the Florida Keys and an attached bathroom with tiled shower and luxurious feel. There is a TV in the bedroom, closet and dresser for your comfort!
The secondary bedroom features two double beds with premium bedding, two dressers and a TV. There is access to the second full bathroom directly outside the door!
We have a full kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher for your convenience. When its time to eat, there is an island that seats 3 and also a table that seats 4. Because it is our home away from home, we have done our very best to stock the kitchen with everything you might need from dishes, silverware, pots, pans, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker and more!
We also have towels provided. As well as beach towels.
Our incredible condo has a variety of amenities including a private beach just for the condos and sparkling pool right on the property.
Because we love the beach and assume you do too, we have stocked the condo with helpful items such as beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, pool noodles and more. Our condo is on the third floor - which maximizes the incredible views but please note there is not an elevator.
We provide cable tv and free WIFI.
The island of Key Colony Beach is called the gem of the Florida Keys for good reason! Within walking/biking distance there are several amazing restaurants, an ocean front park for enjoying the sunset, playgrounds, pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts and shopping. Just a few minutes away in a car, in Marathon you will find even more fine dining and activities.
There is also coin laundry- washers and dryers available near the pool area which is just outside our building.
Sea Isle is a low density condo community with only 36 condos in the entire property. There are 3 buildings and our building is the closest to the ocean and the third floor.
You can walk to Sunset park just a block over and be a part of the famous Key Colony Beach Sunset on the pier or at the park.
Paddle boards, kayaks and bikes are available for rent through excellent local companies.
Sea Isle Condos are professionally managed by an on-site management team. Once your booking is confirmed, guests will receive a welcome email from the on-site management team with information as well as a rental agreement which must be signed and returned by the guests. We have a dedicated parking space just for our guests labeled #9. There are also guest spaces as well.
To maximize your stay in the Florida Keys you will want to have a car to get around the different areas in Marathon or to take a day trip to Key West.
To get around Key Colony Beach, many guests love to walk or bicycle down to Sunset Park to check out the incredible Sunset or walk or bike to restaurants.
Sea Isle Condos are a low density condo community with just 36 condos spread across 3 buildings. Our condo is right at the front by the beach!! Please note our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator.

Located in Key Colony Beach, this apartment is on the beach. Captain Hooks Marina and Dive Center and Florida Keys Country Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sombrero Beach and Curry Hammock State Park.
