Our home has been recently remodeled and decorated in tasteful coastal decor. Blues , Tans and Whites will embrace you as you enter our condo, There are two balconies one off the master bedroom with an ocean view, the other located off the living room overlooking Sunset Park. Enjoy the tiki hut for your grilling needs, while you enjoy dinner, beach side at the picnic tables. Just bring your catch or a steak, as you enjoy the serenity as you gaze at the beautiful blue water watching the boats sail by.
All furnishings are brand new with fresh linens, beach towels, beach chairs and toys and flotation devices for you enjoyment at the pool or the beach.
Many Local restaurants are within a short bike or car ride away. Visit the Island Grille, located on the Overseas Highway - gulf side, with spectacular sunsets or Sparkys, another favorite, known for their wood fired pizza and fish tacos. Fish tales is a locals favorite for lunch or dinner as well as Franks Grill, an Italian restaurant, family owned for over 30 years.
In Key Colony- There is Havana Jacks, Key Colony Inn, Causeway Pizza or El Molcajete for lunch or dining options.
Charter a boat for fishing, go snorkeling, take a kayak tour or paddle board.... Visit the Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital or Sombrero Beach.
There are pickleball and tennis courts located on 8th st in Key Colony .... Along with a par 3 golf course...... bring your clubs !!!!! At the end of the day enjoy a cocktail, relax, put your phone down and get your feet sandy...... Enjoy........
