This 3 bed 2 bath house is setup as your home away from home. Brand new appliances and furniture, heated bathroom floors and a great backyard patio space make this an easy location to move into. A private attached garage provides a great spot to spread out and store your gear, such as bikes, skis/boards, and other equipment.
Our homes location allows quick access to Ketchum and Sun Valley resort year round. Downtown Ketchum is a 5 minute walk, and the Wood River Trail Bike Path is only 3 blocks away. In the winter, use the Red Line of the Mountain Rides Bus Service to get to the River Run lifts in 5 minutes, or walk to the Wood River Trail (Nordic ski/walking trail with packed snow) and skate/pole over to the lifts.
Ketchum is home to this vacation home. Gail Severn Gallery and Gallery DeNovo are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Hemingway Memorial and Ernest Hemingway Memorial. PK's Ski and Sports and Sawtooth Botanical Garden are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
