This is a newly remodeled townhome centrally located in Ketchum. The 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath 2-story Townhome with 3600 sq ft. of living space will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the living area with an 85-inch flat-screen TV for streaming only and a gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace. The ceilings are high, which brings great light into the living and dining areas. There is access to a nice deck with mountain views and outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 barstools at the kitchen countertop. The dining table seats six. Also on this level, you will find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a 55-inch flat screen with streaming and Apple TV, and access to a small deck. The primary bath has a 2-sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, and a separate shower. There is a large walk-in closet as well.
On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms and a den. The den has a 55-inch flat-screen TV with streaming and Apple TV, and access to the patio with a private hot tub and a small fenced yard with a built-in gas grill and fire pit. The second bedroom has a King bed and a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a Bunk with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top. It has its own full-size bath with a 2-sink vanity, sunken jetted tub, and separate shower. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and parking for one vehicle inside the garage and one vehicle in front of the garage.
Complex features: This is a perfect two-level townhome design. You can walk or drive downtown, the short distance to River Run lifts, or the bike path and the river.
Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
Located in Ketchum, this vacation home is in the mountains. Sun Valley Ski Resort and Roundhouse Express Gondola are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sawtooth National Forest and Dollar Mountain. Sun Valley Center for the Arts and PK's Ski and Sports are also worth visiting.
