Enjoy your stay in this well-appointed 1,400 SF historic home next door to Bell Tower Brewing Co., walkable to downtown Kent, the river hike and bike trail and a short drive to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This home has a bedroom and full bath on the first floor and three bedrooms and full bath on the second floor. It is ideal for families, friend groups and couples.
Other things to note
Due to a local requirement you must sign a lease agreement. It will be customized to your reservation days. This will be handled upon arrival.
Also due to local requirements, you must certify that no more than 5 unrelated guests will be staying at the property. The house sleeps up to 8 and that maximum is for families and relatives only. Friend groups are limited to 5 guests.
There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy. A fee of $250 will be assessed if a guest smokes on property.
Kent is home to this vacation home. Tallmadge Church Historic Site and Hudson Historic District are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Herrick Fen Nature Preserve.
