Parking upstairs and down stairs for cars, motorhome or to park a boat. Boat launch at the river is a mile away. Great for entertaining, family friendly yet also upscale!

To everything on the 1/2 acre of property. I have yard games, BBQ, porch swing, lawn chairs etc.
Interaction with guests
Always available to interact with guests if needed. I live less than 3 miles away. I will never bother you unexpectedly.
Other things to note
House is just as comfortable for 2-4 people as it is for 12. This is why I price it the way I do per guest after 2 people. So all can enjoy this beautiful home and property.
