North Street Nook! This freshly renovated home is located less than a half mile to town, giving you the perfect balance of privacy and being in the heart of Dock Square!
This truly stunning home has a fenced in back yard for pets and children, and of course corn hole is provided! The back patio offers a great outdoor space with a gas grill. For those beach days, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided!
Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen, living room, den, dining room, sunroom, and screened in porch on the first floor! Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. June through September there are window units around the home to provide AC for those breaks from the sun!
Maine isn't only known for our summers! This home is the perfect location for Maine's beauty all year-round being just a 10 minute walk to all Christmas Prelude activities!

Kennebunkport is home to this vacation home. Funtown Splashtown USA is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Ogunquit Beach and Wells Beach. Gardens at Historic Wallingford Hall and Bette-Jean's are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and cycling nearby.
