All the charm of a 1920s vintage beach cottage with all of the up-to-date features you could want, new furnishings in most of the house add to your comfort after a long day at the beach. Rest on one of the covered porches or in the privacy of the backyard after taking an outdoor shower. Grab your cocktail and enjoy the 180+ degree views of the ocean or the sunset from "crow's nest" deck on the top of the house. if you need a break from the heat, the house is fully air conditioned too! Stay tuned for landscaping improvements this spring and early summer! A block back from the ocean and walking distance to three beaches (less than 200 yards, the closest being the sandy Mother's Beach (including a great playground for kids) and the rocky Middle Beach) and Webhannet Golf Club , this quiet location offers easy access to all the Kennebunks have to offer.
