This freshly renovated home is located steps from the heart of Dock Square! This 3 bedroom home has enough space to comfortably sleep 6 people. Walk to all of the restaurants, shops and cafes in Dock Square. The beach is about 1 mile with all sidewalks. Play in the spacious yard or hangout on the welcoming deck. The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, full bathroom, bedroom, and a bright sunroom that walks out onto the deck. The deck is equipped with furniture, BBQ grill, and a heater! The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms. Dogs welcome upon approval only. Pet fee $150 per dog, 2 dog maximum. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use. 4 cars maximum. Beach parking pass provided upon arrival!

All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and more!
Located in Kennebunk, this vacation home is by the sea. Funtown Splashtown USA is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Ogunquit Beach and Marginal Way. Gardens at Historic Wallingford Hall and Bette-Jean's are also worth visiting. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and ecotours nearby.
