The property is in a great location close to Volcano National Park(VNP), Black Sand Beach and Downtown Hilo, with easy access to shops, food and amenities. It is an ideal place if you are looking to get away from crowds and noisy tourist areas.

The room has been recently furnished with brand-new amenities: 1 bedroom has king size bed, 12" comfort foam mattress, 50" TV, large chairs. Second bedroom has 2 twin-size beds, 12" comfort foam mattress, and a 50” smart TV. Apartment size refrigerator, microwave, double burner electric cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, 300M Fiber high-speed Wifi, washer, dryer and many more items. There is a large gazebo at the back of the house with a 5-burner grill for you to relax and enjoy after a busy day.

The street from the main road to the property is unpaved but in a very short distance. The water source is from a water catchment with tripe filters and UV filtration system, it is safe to drink.

The property manager lives on-site and may be present while you stay. You are welcome to ask any questions that you have.
