***Limited internet because the whole city is under 1 internet company. This is the general condition.
***The KATY city uses septic tank and it generates bad smell whenever the city does maintenance services. There is nothing we can do about this since the whole city share this tank. This is a general condition of the area where our property is located. The house is equipped with exhaust fan and air freshener to remove the bad smell quick. Therefore, If you decide to book, you fully accept to this bad smell condition AS IS and we will not refund anything.

***MAX CAPACITY IS 25 people, at all times at the house. If you exceed, we will charge $60 per person per night between 3pm and 11am. Max we can accept is 30 people with extra fee.

***24/7 SECURITY CAMERAS POLICY:

NO CAMERAS INSIDE HOME but 2 cameras inside garage , 7 cameras OUTSIDE , 1 front door, 1 back door, 2 driveway, 1 outside gate , 1 right side, 1 left side of the house. All outside cameras can actively 24/7 record sounds, photos, videos.

We ONLY place camera devices in public, common areas such as garage, EXTERIOR boundary, front entrance door, back exit door, driveway, gates , left-right sides of the house , etc , for safety.

We NEVER/ DO NOT place cameras in your private bedrooms. EACH CAMERA FLASHES TO PUBLICLY INFORM YOU THAT THE PUBLIC AREA IS 24/7 RECORDING.

Katy is home to this vacation home. Cinemark Katy and Andretti Karting and Games are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Katy Mills Mall and Katy Grand. Typhoon Texas and Main Event are also worth visiting.
