Our fully equipped central AC 9th-floor villa, unit #922, is located in Ocean Tower on Lagoon 2, the least crowded of the four amazing lagoons. We offer LOCATION and VALUE! This is our home, NOT a hotel or timeshare property, that we hope to share with you! Our villa is spacious with 3 Bedrooms (sleeps a maximum of 8 with no exceptions) and 3 full baths in over 1500 square feet of living space. Gorgeous ocean views and mountain views await you. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai, adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with comfortable seating. The custom-designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances, and a new LG full-size stack washer/dryer, all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, new designer floors in the bedrooms, granite countertops, and African mahogany doors, windows, and trim work. The new furnishings include Wi-Fi high-speed internet, Smart TVs, Apple TV, plus board games, large flat screen TVs in every room, and other high-end amenities. There is also a one-time vehicle registration fee of $25 per vehicle for your stay. For your peace of mind, the property is gated and secured with 24/7 security. Also, for your enjoyment, the villa offers a NEW 6-seater electric golf cart (additional fee) that can be used during your stay to get around the Ko Olina area. Our Villa offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, relaxing, peaceful retreat yet you are just steps away from the beach, pools, and other resort activities. This amazing villa is an ideal serene spot to view the beautiful sunsets, the tranquil lagoons, yet walk to so many great restaurants. Paradise!
The Master bedroom is furnished with a Tommy Bahama king bed and full dresser with matching night tables, private access to the lanai, soaking tub and separate shower and a full walk-in closet with a safe. The secondary master is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king upon request and 2 fold-away single-person beds. There is also a full dresser and double closet, along with nightstands. The secondary master has its own large bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower adjacent in the hallway. The third bedroom has a Tommy Bahama queen bed, full size dresser and 2 matching nightstands, and a closet. The custom live edge dining room table seats 8 comfortably plus there is a bar with 4 barstools. The Living room has a large comfy sectional sofa, coffee table along with entertainment center. The villas décor is island themed with vibrant colors and local sea life. The Lanai boasts a brand-new large sectional for plenty of family seating and memorable conversations to enjoy the ocean views.

We are also located about 35 minutes from the world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets and other attractions such as Historic Ewa Town, Hawaii's Plantation Village, Kualoa Ranch, and Dole Cannery. Breath-taking Hanauma Bay is a 45 minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further or head up the scenic H2 45 minutes to the historic surfing town of Haleiwa, and Hawaii's infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline and Turtle Beach to name a few. Costco, Target, Safeway grocery, Long’s drugstore, many restaurants, movie theaters and shopping are a quick 10 minute drive to Kapolei.

For boaters, the marina located at lagoon 4 offers sightseeing excursions to see humpback whales and spinner dolphins play offshore during the day or sunset cruises during the evening. RENTAL RATES: Our rental rates are as published. Taxes, admin fee, and cleaning fee(s) are extra. NO CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES! Stays longer than 10 nights require mid-stay linen exchange and housekeeping ($450) Check-in after 4pm unless approved for earlier and check-out at 10am. PAYMENT TERMS: 50% of total is due upon booking; remaining balance is due 90 days prior to check-in but other arrangements can be made.
