This stunning 7-bedroom, 5 full bathroom home is designed to host large groups without ever feeling crowded. With five king beds and thoughtfully arranged sleeping spaces, everyone can relax in comfort. Two of the bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, giving added privacy and convenience for couples or VIP guests.
The home offers expansive living areas perfect for gathering, whether you’re catching up with friends, hosting family dinners, or just spreading out and unwinding. With two fully stocked kitchens, you’ll have everything you need to cook, entertain, or accommodate multiple families with ease.
Step outside to a large backyard oasis built for making memories. Fire up the outdoor grill, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy evenings around the natural gas fireplace—perfect for year-round relaxation.
Inside, the fun continues in the game room featuring a pool table, dart board, and board games making it an ideal spot for friendly competition and late-night laughs.
Whether you're planning a family getaway, group trip, or special celebration, this home has the space, amenities, and comfort to make your stay unforgettable.
Hot Tub Rules
For everyone’s safety and to keep the hot tub in great condition, please follow these rules:
1. Six Persons Maximum
No more than SIX persons in the hot tub at any time.
2. Shower Before Use
Rinse off lotions, oils, dirt, and makeup before entering.
3. No Glass or Food
No glass containers in or around the hot tub. Use plastic or cans only. No food in the tub.
4. No Children Unattended
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Basic Spa towels are provided. Please use only the white and blue striped spa towels outside. Guests are welcome to bring their own beach towels If preferred.
6. No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in or around the hot tub.
7. Keep the Cover On
When not in use, please securely replace the cover to maintain heat and cleanliness.
8. Do Not Adjust Settings or Adjust Chemicals
Do not change temperature or tamper with controls. The hot tub is serviced and chemicals are adjusted before each stay, guests are not permitted to add chemicals to the hot tub.
9. No Parties or Excessive Drinking
Use responsibly—no roughhousing, jumping, or unsafe behavior.
10. Report Issues Immediately
If water appears dirty, low, or there are any issues, notify us right away.
11. Use at Your Own Risk
Hot tub use may not be safe for pregnant individuals or those with certain medical conditions. Limit soak time to 10-20 minutes to prevent overheating.
A cleaning fee may apply if excessive dirt, debris, or misuse is found
Quiet hours apply to hot tub use.
Towels provided are for drying only (not cleaning spills, shoes, etc.) Do not leave towels in the hot tub or outside.
