We invite you to be the first to stay at the Oak Oasis! This listing is designed for both short term and long term stays! We are pet friendly, please ask about our pet fees. Our home is very peaceful & spacious. We know you would love it without a doubt. We strive to become your next Superhost! Enjoy our cozy living room and chairs and our dinning area to gather with your family or friends. Enjoy YouTube TV, or music to entertain your family and friends. The first level space will provide a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials needed to entertain your group, including pots, pans, cutlery, and a Keurig all which you're welcome to use. The kitchen offers a stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher & refrigerator! Enjoy some coffee, we provide K-cups!

The first level continues to provide you with a spacious home adding two bedrooms with queen beds with closest, and hangers. Tons of room to store luggage and or other items necessary like a traveling crib, etc. There is a full bathroom with shower, and bathtub also on the first level of your new home. We will provide shampoo, conditioner, towels and wash cloths. There is a blow dryer, iron, and ironing board in the first level closet near the bathroom for your use. The last thing a traveler wants to worry about is laundry! We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience in the basement along with tide pods. So don't worry if you forget the essentials, we've got you covered!

The second level of our Oasis provides a multi-use room, feel free to use our air mattress ( located in the closet downstairs) in this room for your extra guests or you can use it for luggage storage. The third bedroom is upstairs, with a queen bed, a tv with a firestick, wicker dressers for your use. Your dedicated working space with an office chair, and desk is located in this room upstairs. We also have a his and hers bathroom vanity in this second restroom with a shower.

Please do not forget about our peaceful private backyard with a grill for your use. The front porch is also enjoyable to sit out front to read your favorite book! This listing is minutes away from the Brookside's finest shops and dinning! Close to the Plaza, 15m to Downtown, City Market & Arrowhead/Royals Stadium. Great centralized location!

Please access the property through the back door entrance. Easy access with a keyless door lock code so you don't have to worry about losing a key! Enjoy two private parking spots! You have one covered guest spot with our garage, and will also be provided a garage code for your convenience. The other car may park behind the garage. Walk a few feet to the door from your car and you are at your new home! Other guests may use off street parking. Please do not use the front door for entry. Use backdoor with code for your reservation.

The driveway is a shared driveway, please do not block this driveway for anyone else's use. Please be respectful of neighbors. Please no parties, if a party is suspected your reservation will automatically be canceled with no refund and you will have to leave the property immediately. Please pickup after your pets. If there are any spills or damage to carpets, furniture or the home in general please message us prior to so we can assist you.
