Designed for Longer Stays
Many guests stay for several weeks or months and often mention how easy it is to settle in, work comfortably, and feel at home.
This is the first-floor apartment in a professionally managed duplex. As with many duplex homes, you may occasionally notice normal household activity from the apartment above.
Well-behaved pets are welcome. The backyard is spacious but is not fenced.
If your plans change and you need additional space, a different property, or a longer stay, let William know. We manage several nearby homes and apartments and can often help without interrupting your stay.
To help keep the apartment comfortable for every guest, we ask that you observe a few simple house guidelines:
• Only registered guests may stay at the property.
• Please leave furniture where it is unless we’ve approved moving it beforehand.
• Hallway, living room, and dining room lamps are on timers and should remain on.
• At checkout, please strip used beds and place linens in the laundry basket.
• Please use the black towels provided for makeup removal.
• Use curling irons in the bathroom only.
• Rinse dishes before loading the dishwasher and use dishwasher detergent only.
• This is a non-smoking home. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Located in Manheim Park, a neighborhood in Kansas City, this apartment is near theme parks. Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and Starlight Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's popular attractions include LEGOLAND® Discovery Center and Kansas City Zoo. Check out an event or a game at T-Mobile Center, and consider making time for Worlds of Fun, a top attraction not to be missed.
