Sea Breeze Combo is composed of two homes, Sea Breeze Manor and Sea Breeze Villa. Together, the two homes have 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and can sleep up to 18 guests.

Sea Breeze Manor (5-bedroom)
This beautifully appointed manor is a 5-bedroom home with everything you will need. It has fine furnishings with beautiful marble flooring and Australian wood. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a grand piano, and a peaceful three acre fish pond in a private gated estate setting. For your entertainment, there is an HD flat screen TV. The two large master suites with private sitting areas have breathtaking scenic views of the ocean and the mountains. Relax in the shared Jacuzzi. There are 6 stalls available for parking.

Families will love feeding a variety of large fish native to Hawaii in the ancient fish pond located on the property. You may carefully walk the perimeter of the fish pond and spy ancient Hawaiian petroglyphs of turtles and other fish.

Sea Breeze Villa (3-bedroom)
Imagine yourself relaxing in your own private home over looking the beautiful Kane'ohe Bay. Kane'ohe Bay is one of the most photographed spots on the island. The Sea Breeze Villa is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is not only in the perfect location, but also offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. A large yard and bbq to grill on are some of the home's amazing features. The living room has bay windows with sitting areas. The 3rd bedroom has an attached bathroom and there are two bathrooms adherent to two bedrooms Each room has its own AC unit.

The kitchen has basic utensils that you can use including coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware and others. There are also paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, bath towels, and beach towels available for guest use Other amenities available for use include: Jacuzzi, BBQ grill, and washer and dryer. Pack N Play also available

The home is located in a quiet residential area where there are lots of sitting areas. The hospital, Windward Mall and restaurants are within 5-10 minute drive away from the home.

▸ One on the roof of the Manor, directed toward the parking lot to monitor incoming foot traffic.
▸ One mounted on the small shack, facing the jacuzzi.
▸ One on the right side of the Sea Breeze Villa, aimed at the back sliding door of the Manor.
3. Attention: Due to the proximity to the ocean, the salt air can accelerate the deterioration of metal surfaces, appliances, and other materials in and around the home. We want to ensure a comfortable stay and maintain the quality of our beachfront properties. Please be aware that while we conduct regular maintenance and inspections to address these issues, some signs of wear and tear may still be present. Sea Breeze Manor
The condition of the rental was excellent and provided plenty of room for our group of 12. We were very satisfied and would book the rental again. The owner was very friendly and helpful which made the stay much more enjoyable. Shiela provided excellent service but there was confusion on check in probably due to our misunderstanding. The best part of the trip was the many activities that Oahu offered. Hawaii is a great place to vacation.

Located in Kaneohe, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the waterfront. Ala Moana Center and Waikiki Beach Walk are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach. Honolulu Zoo and Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Garden are also worth visiting. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking/biking trails nearby.
