This historic home is heated with a wood burning stove, baseboard heaters, and space heaters in each bedroom. In the summer months, the home is cooled with an evaporate swamp cooler. Instructions for heating and cooling the home are provided in the house manual under the "info for guests" tab of the listing. Please ensure that you are comfortable using these prior to booking.
