The Space:
Welcome to your desert retreat! This bright, 3 bed/1.5 bath townhome comfortably sleeps 6. Start your day with coffee on the private patio or take a few steps to community amenities—pool, hot tub & fitness center. Fast Wi‑Fi and a work desk make it easy to stay connected. Just a short drive to Zion (25 min), Bryce Canyon (90 min) and the North Rim (2 hrs). Explore scenic hikes like Wire Pass and Peek‑A‑Boo Canyon, or tour Kanab’s hidden slot canyons. As night falls, enjoy some of the darkest skies in the U.S. from our outdoor seating. After a day of adventure, unwind inside or relax under the stars.

Fix a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, then move into the cozy living room for a movie night. Choose one of the three spacious bedrooms located on the second floor and awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring. Just steps away you will find the community pool, hot tub and indoor gym for your use.
Our townhome is located in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning views of the red rocks and is the perfect place for you to retreat, reset and revive yourself. Upon entry you are greeted by the elegant living room with 3 comfortable couches, and a smart TV.

Down the hall you will find a guest half bathroom as well as a fully stocked kitchen where you can show off your culinary skills. Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio where you will find a BBQ grill and outdoor seating to enjoy the views!

The townhome has 3 bedrooms upstairs. The spacious and tastefully decorated master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo that can also be accessed from the hallway. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed as well and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Our townhome can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comes fully stocked with bathroom essentials, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a washer and dryer for your use.

We are centrally located to so many things you'll want to see and experience during your vacation. Whether you are here to visit southern Utah's world-famous national parks, monuments and state parks or volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society, Vista Townhome is a perfect basecamp for all your adventures.

There are several hiking trails you can get to right from our townhome which will take you up to the cliffs overlooking Kanab and into the canyons. Parking is free and you will have 1 dedicated covered parking spot as well as several other spots directly in front of our unit.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the townhome and the HOA facilities including the gym, hot tub, and seasonal pool. The pool opens for Spring Break (typically the last week of March) and closes in October (the exact date is dependent on the weather). Spring Break is an estimate because weather must be over 70 degrees for 3 consecutive days before the pool can open.

Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it! :) If you lose the pool key it is a $250 fee to replace it.

Vehicles must be parked in lined spaces and within those lines. We ask that guests and residents park in the designated spaces properly to allow parking for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in the heart of Kanab, within a short distance of local restaurants, city pool, city park, skate park, tennis courts, basketball court, yet nestled in a quiet, tranquil, and friendly neighborhood. Enjoy Kanab hiking trails, restaurants, and gift shops, as well as day trips to 3 nearby national parks, 4 national monuments, numerous state parks, and endless opportunities to explore spectacular Southern Utah.

Getting Around:
Here in southern Utah, a vehicle is definitely needed to visit all the local attractions and depending upon your plans, a 4WD may be required. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

This home is pet friendly (with a fee) and while we welcome your four-legged family members, we ask that you do not leave them unattended in the home. If you need to leave them, they must be in a crate. Thank you for respecting this policy.
