Our private 2-acre oasis is surrounded by stunning red rock landscape, complete with cozy beds, fully-stocked kitchen and an incredible backyard for outdoor fun for all ages. Enjoy the sunset from the patio, take advantage of the grill for a BBQ cookout & delight in an unforgettable dining experience at our inviting outdoor table. Bond over captivating stories by the cozy fire, soak sore muscles in the hot tub, engage in lively games, or enjoy a movie night together. For those with energy to spare, bounce on the trampoline, sway on the swings, or let kids unleash their imagination on the climbing wall and safari jeep slide, perfect for little adventurers.
The house is well laid out with an open floor kitchen, living, and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The house can comfortably sleep 6 adults. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed with a twin loft bed over-top more suitable for children in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa (queen size) in the living room. We also have a pack & play, booster chair, baby bathtub, and dishes for children if you are traveling with little ones.
Step through the double doors of the living room and be greeted by a spacious patio, complete with a roof that offers ample shade. Stay connected with nature even during the heat of the day, while being treated to breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. Prepare to indulge in pure relaxation on this inviting patio. There is a lounge area with a fire pit, dining table, and grill. Delight in our swings and bench swing, a picture-perfect spot to capture cherished moments and create envy-worthy memories. From the patio you have access to the back yard that features a trampoline, swing set and lawn games.
The house is well-stocked with all the necessities, from kitchenware and dishes to premium towels, linens, and toiletries (soaps, shampoos/conditioner, body wash & lotion).
We understand the importance of a hassle-free vacation, which is why we've included a Washer and Dryer right in the master bedroom closet. Say goodbye to laundromat trips and focus on making the most of your time away.
Located in Kanab, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Kanab Heritage Museum and Little Hollywood Movie Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Old Paria and Downtown Fredonia. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking, horse riding, and hiking/biking trails nearby.
