Located in the upscale Kamilo at Mauna Lani development, our spacious and nicely decorated home has only recently been rented out. The home is fully appointed with linens, beach towels and kitchen items, and it is walking distance to a full-service grocery store and an array of restaurants, along with the 5-star Fairmont Orchid hotel and beach. The home feels very private, is extremely quiet and is surrounded with lush greenery and pretty views.
***IMPORTANT: Our location our house within Kamilo is VERY desirable -- close to the pool and recreation center. Kamilo is very large so this is a major plus that you will truly appreciate upon arrival, especially if you are traveling with kids.**
Two large master suite bedrooms each have their own extra large bathrooms with tub and shower. Third and fourth bedroom share another large bathroom with dual vanity. There is another separate half bathroom adjacent to kitchen. All bedrooms have sliding glass doors for easy outdoor access and views. Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD players and two TVs also furnish the house.
Within Kamilo itself, which is a low-density develoment comprising luxury homes in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will find a gorgeous recreation center with two pools — one a sprawling family pool, the other a stunning lap pool, along with a fully equipped gym, an outdoor kitchen, and a large grass area ideal for playing with kids.
We have a wonderful property manager locally who is also very handy in case questions or issues arise.

Located in Kamuela, this vacation home is by the sea. Mauna Lani Resort Golf Course and Four Seasons Resort Hualalai Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Mauna Lani Beach and Hāpuna Beach State Recreation Area. Great 4-D Movie Ride and Manta Ray Point are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and horse riding nearby.
