Mauna Kea Resort Amenity Program: Guests have option to add on the Mauna Kea Hotel Gold Membership and Hapuna Hotel amenity access program for additional fees (see below for fees) . Please inquire on details. At least, one week advance notice/registration required to participate in this benefit. Here are the details: Two Beaches – towels, chairs, umbrellas (rental of beach equipment such as snorkels, fins and boogie boards is available for a fee). Two Pools – towels, chairs. Two Golf Courses (at special rates). Seaside Tennis Club (at hotel guest rates). Two Fitness Centers (general access & use of equipment and facilities is included; there is a charge for all classes). Entry Key Cards for access to parking lots and fitness centers at both hotels. Charging Privileges – for ease in using Resort restaurants, retail shops and activities.

$300+tax per day, per house, for 4 bedroom accommodation-non peak dates. 
$450+tax per day , per house, for 4 bedroom accommodations for Nov 21-27, 2026 and December 19, 2026-January 2, 2027)

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking (including e-cigarettes). There is no smoking allowed inside or outside of this home.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking in the driveway. There is no garage access. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Private Swimming Pool heated to 82 degrees. Swimming pool is not safety fenced.
Hot Tub: Private Hot Tub. Hot tub is not safety fenced.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Yes. TV's located in Living Room and bedrooms
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

This stunning home located in the High Bluffs gated community on the Hapuna side of the Mauna Kea resort is the perfect place for a family vacation or group of friends traveling together.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Located in Kamuela, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Mauna Kea Beach and Hāpuna Beach State Recreation Area can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Mauna Lani Resort Golf Course.
Manta Ray Point and Pua Mau Place Botanic & Sculpture Garden are also worth visiting. Snorkeling and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
