Not only is the entire ocean-facing wall built with windows, but also an additional row of large clerestory windows above them ensures that the second- floor loft space has ocean and sunset views. The décor throughout the home echoes the beach, ocean, sky and mountain environment: clean white walls, sandy shades of upholstery, blue-gray cabinetry and tiles of sand and sea colors. Original, local artwork—even in the bathrooms—adds to your sense of place in this very special corner of paradise. This home is 'hosted', with the family's residence also on property but the layout was designed for maximum privacy for both homes.
