Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off the bbq grill, all air conditioners, and every light before leaving. keep indoor fans running, but turn off the lanai's outdoor fan. never leave towels or linens in the washer or dryer.
Shut off the hot tub at the keypad and ensure all propane appliances (water heater, etc.) are completely off to prevent fuel waste and additional charges.
Return keys to the lockbox. ensure the front driveway gate and beach access gate are fully closed and latched. place all trash and recycling in the correct bins (black for trash, blue for recycling).
