Immaculate!! Immaculate!! Immaculate!! This newly constructed 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house makes for the perfect vacation rental spot tucked away in the Canterbury section of gorgeous Abacoa. This is one of the most sought after places to stay in Jupiter, near Roger Dean Stadium, downtown, beaches, restaurants and tourist attractions. The interior of the home is professionally decorated to give off a serene South Florida vibe while the exterior design is pure Tuscan. 4 spacious bedrooms located upstairs with 3 full bathrooms and a loft make this a perfect and private family space. TVs are in every room and the washer/dryer is tucked away in the upstairs closet for your convenience. The Master Bath has a great soaking tub for him or her. Downstairs, you'll find a living room, family room, powder room and spacious kitchen with breakfast area. The french doors will take you out to a large covered lanai set on one of the biggest lots you'll find in all of Abacoa. Take the 2 minute walk out back to get to the development's pool and clubhouse with gym or take the 8 minute drive to get to the world famous Juno and Jupiter beaches. So many great restaurants in the area to list and if you're one to stay in and cook, there are 6 Publix's within 10 minutes of the residence. At night, take a walk around downtown Abacoa, have a drink at one of the local bars, or even take in an event on the green or in Roger Dean Stadium. Wi-Fi is available along with Digital Cable and HBO. So many other amenities to list including Central A/C, grill, lounge chairs, stainless steel appliances and a beautiful little balcony outside one of the private bedrooms.
