Downstairs Master is set up with Queen size Murphy bed that doubles as a desk and office space. 3rd bedroom, downstairs has a full/double size bed. Upstairs loft has a futon that unfolds to another full size sleeper as well as a private 3rd floor balcony.
Large 55" flat screen TV's wall mounted in the living room, Master bedroom, 3rd bedroom, and loft. Home has Plantation shutters and Lutron automated roller shades for privacy. Beautiful upgraded flooring throughout, Ring camera doorbell, and even a treadmill in the loft! Balcony has automated motorized awning that extends early afternoon and retracts itself at sunset or if needed for weather. Community has guard at entrance, a large (heated) pool, community room, tennis, pickle ball courts, racquetball wall, and bocce ball court. High Speed Wi-Fi internet service is included. Rental includes electric, utilities, cable and internet. Per HOA - One pet under 20 lbs allowed. No Commercial Trucks, RVs, Boats, or Motorcycles. This a NON-SMOKING home. No realtors please.
