Come and enjoy this beautiful pool home in the heart of Tequesta. Impeccably maintained & tastefully decorated you are in the perfect location to take advantage of all our area has to offer. Enjoy a stroll to our local coffee shop, or head out for dinner & grab an ice cream for the short walk home. Tequesta is highly sought after for good reason! However, the show stopper is the tropical & private backyard complete with a large pool, outdoor bathtub & dining area. This is FL living at it's best!
We look forward to you staying in our beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom, Florida home. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and a small walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two full sized beds which creates flexibility for your family or guests and a walk-in closet. We also have a pull out couch in the living room for extra flexibility!
The main living area consists of a comfortable lounge area and smart TV, and a galley kitchen, both with views out to the pool and tropical backyard.
The laundry is in a separate room off the attached one car garage. Both laundry machines are new this year. We also have a drinks fridge in the garage if you need any extra refrigerator space, and extra storage in this area for any personal items or home supplies.
There is room for one car in the garage and the property has a circular driveway large enough for 3 cars.
However, the jewel of our property is our back yard. Beautifully landscaped, with a large salt water swimming pool, private outdoor jacuzzi bath tub and outdoor shower. There is also a Green Egg and a BBQ grill available for your use and a large 6 person outdoor dining area accented with lights. This area is our absolute favorite hang out spot!
Tequesta, a neighborhood in Jupiter, is home to this vacation home. PGA National and Jupiter Lanes are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Jupiter Beach and Jonathan Dickinson State Park.
