• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• 11:00 am please leave wet towels on the outside rack or on picnic table. please trash out , there is an outdoor trash can on the left side of the rv.
• Take out things from the fridge. turn all the lights off including the outside rv lights. a/c thermostat on 80 degrees. all windows and doors close.
• Close the awning (retractable rv long sunshade), if open. please close the gate. double - if something was left in the rv, we can send it priority mail.
