Main house 3/2 and tiny pool house 1/1. Sleeps 10. Long term and company rental available at a discount rate. Secure coded gate entry with plenty of vehicle and truck parking. Private Star link satellite internet. Antenna Tv which has about 30 channels including main and local news.Smart tv so you can use any of your subscribed streaming entertainment . Televisions are in living rooms and master bedrooms. Quiet country ranch house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeps 7. Master bedroom has a king, 2 guest rooms have queen beds. Large comfortable couch in living room sleeps 1. Dining table for 6 and 3 barstools at kitchen island. Outside dining on front deck. short walk to a large sport pool with a deck and plenty of seating. Pool is seasonal only: March 13-September. Pool hours are 8:00 am - 10:00 pm. Small 1 bedroom, 1 bath pool cottage. Sleeps 3 or 4 if 2 are little children. King in bedroom and a fold out floor sofa in living room. Dining for 4. Outside dining for 6 and extra couch seating for 4. There is a small basketball court, and BBQ Pits.
Both houses have fully stocked kitchens for all your cooking needs and bathrooms have plenty of towels. Pool towels are also available.Beautiful star gazing on clear nights and amazing sunsets. Property is off state highway 173. 5 miles from Jourdanton, 7 miles from Pleasanton, 20 miles to Devine and 30 miles from downtown San Antonio. Great location near several dove and duck hunting leases. There are horses, cattle, cats and our dogs Tanner and Tatum. The dogs and cats are at the main house which is at the back of the property.
