This beautiful home is located on the west side of Wallowa Lake and is perfectly appointed for your family vacation. It is only a stone's throw from the water's edge, hence where it gets its name!

The large open floor plan between the living, dining, and kitchen area keeps you together as a group and/or family. The small but mighty kitchen area has all the modern conveniences of the home. A well-equipped kitchen with many small appliances takes the work out of meal prep.

The large dining room and bar area are perfect for your family dinner, game tournaments, or to spread out and take on those craft projects. Picture windows overlook the deck, Wallowa Lake, and your private boat dock. This house offers lots of dining options with a smaller table in the kitchen area, and a large dining table in the dining area, and barstools at the bar too.

A nicely furnished living room with plenty of seating makes your morning coffee time thru your evening movie binge a perfect place to sit and relax. A TV with Roku and DVD player are nicely tucked away in an armoire in case you aren't into TV watching.

The main bedroom on the first floor has two beds and access to the shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The utility room off of the bathroom has plenty of room to store your coolers as well as an exterior door to catch the dripping bodies from their time in Wallowa Lake. Go up the stairs to the two private bedrooms. The bedroom on the right adjoins to the bathroom on the upper floor is a queen. The futon in the loft area is the perfect place for those teenagers that just like to stay up a bit later than the rest of the group! The bedroom on the left is a double-sized bed.

This home boasts private lake access and an easily accessible boat dock making your boating a convenient pleasure. This really is the perfect home for your family vacations, girls' weekends, or crafting weekends.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seasonal private docks are typically placed for Memorial Day thru Labor Day. These are placed and pulled by a 3rd party and several variables come into play such as lake levels, snow and company availability. We do our best, but these items are non refundable items if a problem occurs with their timing of putting in the water and pulling from the water.
Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement.
Occupancy and parking can not be exceeded
No fires or firepits are ever allowed due to the heavy timbered area and county restrictions but the propane fireplace is allowed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: *seasonal Docks are seasonal which means access to the lake from some lakefront homes is seasonal too. If the dock is not in the water we urge you to not try and access the lake from the home and by doing so will be at your own risk.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
