French doors lead directly out to the private yard and pool area just off living room. To the right lies the gorgeous formal dining area with seating to accommodate 10. The brand new gourmet kitchen features Thermador cooktop and double oven, an 11 foot island that seats 5 comfortably. The kitchen is very well appointed with casual to formal/holiday meal prep in mind. The home features 4 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom, each with private en suite bathrooms. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the oversized junior master bedroom over the garage. The Master bedroom resides on the main level with amazing views of the pool/backyard and golf course. The brand new private master bath includes an extra large walk-in shower with glazed handmade tiles with marble accents, a large soaking clawfoot tub, dual vanities with marble countertops, and a TV for the ultimate spa retreat. There are two additional king bedrooms on the main floor. Directly from the kitchen, head up a short flight of stairs to a junior master bedroom over the garage. This jr. master suite is oversized with king bed plus queen sleeper sofa, brand new carpeting, and large sitting area. The suite is complete with a newly updated private bath with walk-in tiled shower. Directly off of the living room is another bedroom with a new King bed and newly updated full bathroom with tub/shower combo and marble top vanity. Head upstairs and enjoy two additional bedrooms and a cozy seating area. One features a king bed and private outdoor balcony and the other a queen bed. Situated on 3/4 of an acre overlooking the 16th hole and fairway of Osprey Point Golf Course, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The extra large backyard garden features a large private pool and two patio areas - one around the pool and the other a shady lower area retreat. There is also a private outdoor shower. The house is approximately an 8-10 minute stroll to the beach and 1 street away from the beach path. It is also minutes away from Osprey Point, Turtle Point, and Ocean Course golf courses.

No pets, no smoking, and no events, no exceptions will be made. Pool can be heated for $175 per day plus tax, four day minimum is required.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
