Step inside, and you'll be welcomed by an open-concept living space, complete with ample seating, a large screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the infinity pool and golf course.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and an oversized island with seating for six. The elegant dining table seats eight comfortably, perfect for family gatherings, while a nearby wine bar adds a touch of sophistication for evening cocktails. Beyond the kitchen, a spacious pantry stocked with glassware and serveware makes entertaining effortless. Two dishwashers make cleanup easy, and the Wolf range offers a double griddle and double oven.

Step outside to a remarkable screened porch, where you can savor the island breeze or enjoy al fresco dining at one of the two dining areas with seating for twelve. This space, complete with a cozy lounge area in front of a fireplace, built-in electric ceiling heaters, a large sectional for games and conversation, and an expansive view of the golf course, is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. From the porch, you'll have access to a sun deck with lounge chairs, a large gas grill, and an infinity pool and hot tub where you can unwind under the stars. Retreat to the luxurious first-floor master suite, featuring a plush king-size bed, spacious closet, and direct access to the porch. The adjoining en-suite bathroom is a spa-like oasis, with an oversized shower, two vanities with sink, and indulgent, custom-blended amenities. Also on the first floor is a guest room with a queen-size Murphy bed and en-suite bath with tub, offering privacy and comfort.

• BEACH: 1.5 miles away. Please note that beach chairs are not provided at this property.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Access to the private Seabrook Island Club is optional. Digital Amenity Cards are available for purchase for $55 per day per family, offering access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools is available with the purchase of an optional digital amenity card. Complimentary access to the outdoor pool at the Lakehouse is included. Please note that the private on-site infinity pool has a strict maximum capacity of 12 people at any given time.
• OVERNIGHT GUEST MAX CAPACITY: Maximum of 12 guests. Children welcome.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 4 vehicle gate passes. Guests have full access to the garage and the large winding driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count as a vehicle towards the strict 4-vehicle maximum limit.
• PET POLICY: No pets permitted. Thank you for your understanding.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: An elevator is available upon request for added accessibility. A non-refundable fee of $69 applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. No need to rush to the store at the start of your stay, as a starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Guests should plan to bring their own beach towels (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup carafe coffee pot is on site. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club (seasonally), dining club, racquet club, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access to these options is prohibited. The cards are $55 per day per family. Additional fees are charged for activities. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. The fitness center at the Lakehouse and indoor pool is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. The charge is $45 per vehicle. This property allows for a maximum of 4 vehicle gate passes. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night to 179 nights. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name. Guests may be asked to show a license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive. LSV vehicles count as a vehicle and require their own pass.

• CHECK IN: While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team provides self-check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone or meet you at the property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation notice of 30 days minimum is required prior to the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.

• ADDITIONAL POLICIES/RULES: A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but not a party property.
