This home offers 4,850 sq. ft of beautifully decorated interiors and an expansive private deck with a pool overlooking Canvasback Lagoon for sunning, entertaining, or alfresco dining. A newly built pool was just completed in December 2024! The beach is only a short 2-minute walk via boardwalk 31 just a few houses down.

This Vanderhorst Plantation home accommodates 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a king bed, a large flat screen tv, a reading area, and a private bathroom. The primary bathroom features dual vanities, a spacious walk-in shower, and access to the backyard through double French doors. The four remaining bedrooms are upstairs. Two of the bedrooms feature a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has two queens with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom upstairs has two bunk beds, perfect for the kids, as well as a play area. A newly added full bath was just completed in December 2024. There is an additional half bath on the first floor. From the second floor, there are stairs up to the loft where families can relax, play games, or watch tv!

On the first floor, there are two living areas to gather in. The dining room and additional informal dining space provide seating for the whole family. The gourmet kitchen features brand new appliances, and plenty of space for all your cooking needs. The large back patio and screened in porch provide an additional outdoor dining space, as well as a gas grill for summer cookouts.
