In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 5 bedrooms, a private saltwater pool, large deck, screened porch, and outdoor shower. The home is a short 2-minute bike ride or 5-minute walk to the beach.

The main living space is ideal for large families with comfortable seating, a mounted TV, and access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, vast cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and 4 barstools for seating around the island. The dining room has a table and chairs that seat 8 and is the perfect place for family meals while on vacation.

On the first floor there is a primary bedroom that features a king bed, TV, access to the pool area, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and a large walk-in closet. Also downstairs, is a small room with twin over twin bunks and mounted TV that is right next door to the half bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The third bedroom features a king bed, TV, and bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom features a king bed, TV, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth and final bedroom features a king bed, 2 twin beds, TV, and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outdoor space is sure to please with the saltwater pool, large deck, screened porch with table and chairs, TV, and ceiling fan, and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach! There is also a wooden platform in the backyard by the pond perfect for taking in the view or fishing.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 8.5' W x 15.5' L. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

PLEASE NOTE: The new owners have made significant upgrades to the home. Noteworthy highlights include: repainted entire house; new furniture, rugs, and decor throughout; new refrigerator, new bedroom furniture and bedding; new Weber grill; plus supplies and household items are replaced and modernized as needed.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
