Upon entering the home, the expansive open floor-plan on the main level is filled with natural sunlight and ocean views thanks to vaulted ceilings and endless walls of windows. The living space provides lots of comfortable areas to spread out, relax, share stories over a glass of wine, and enjoy time with friends and family. There is a half bathroom on this main level. Additionally, there is a casual den area on this level, a perfect spot for those who need a quiet space to work remotely or just enjoy a good book.

The spacious kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining and large family meals, includes an large center island and upgraded appliances.
