Dottie's Hours is a newly renovated, 1 story, accessible, private home on the golf course. Two walking blocks from the beach access. Super close bike paths at the end of the street. A garage full of beach bikes, chairs, and beach toys is included with your rental. The newly renovated master bathroom, kitchen and living space are all large and lovely. New carpet, interior paint, exterior paint, and new front and back porches completed in December of 2024. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and spacious common areas and master bedroom. It sleeps 8. The porch wraps around the back of the home and overlooks the golf course. A screened in porch area and an outdoor porch area surrounded by oaks showcase the new paint, boards, and steps. Multiple sliding glass door entry. Clean! Gorgeous new kitchen that is fully stocked. Large dining room with table along with screened in porch. Ice maker, televisions, and fully stocked kitchen amenities. The cul de sac has little to no traffic and leads to bike trials. The house is all one story. We provide handicapp ramp access upon request. Front and back yard. Close to all family activities, golf courses, pools, and nature center. Driveway for 4 cars.
Just a short walk from the beach, this four bedroom, three bath home located in West Beach offers fairway and lagoon views, and has easy access to the island's paved 30 plus miles of paved bike trails now extending all the way to Freshfields Village. Guests of this property enjoy easy access to the beach, tennis center, The West Beach Village shops, and dining. Guests also enjoy access to wireless internet. LIVING AREAS: The living room is an airy space complete with tall ceiling, hardwood floors, built-in and fully stocked bookshelves, a TV with expanded tier cable and DVD player, and a gas fireplace with marble surround. A mirrored wall reflects the light from several picture windows. Louvered doors hide a wet bar with its own ice maker. A round table in the corner accommodates four guests for afternoon snacks or a game of cards. Sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished deck, which includes a dining table for four, a gas grill, and plenty of built-in seating. Another glass-paned door opens to the furnished screened porch. A squared archway leads from the living room to the dining room, where a table for eight awaits. Next to the dining room, the eat-in kitchen includes a stove-top island with seating for three, and a dining table with seats for four. BEDROOMS: The large master suite is furnished with a king bed, and includes a sitting area and has new carpet, huge walk in closet and new master bath - all very large. Sliding glass doors lead to the furnished deck, and lounge chairs offer a place to relax in the sun. The large master bath includes two sinks, a whirlpool tub, and a separate stall shower (all new). A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has a private full bath. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and shares a full hall bath with a fourth bedroom, which has one twin bunk bed. This home includes bedding for 8 guests. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
Located in West Beach, a neighborhood in Kiawah Island, this vacation home is next to a golf course. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Kiawah Island Beach and Folly Island Beaches. The Resort Shop and Edisto Island Serpentarium are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and horse riding nearby.
